Short & Sweet: getting ready to color icing {a video tutorial}

So, you're ready to try royal icing, but how to start? How do you divide up colors? What if you want to use one color for outlining AND flooding?

Sometimes just getting started is the hardest part. Here's how I get organized for making and coloring icing:
