Treat Low Testosterone by Changing Your Diet

Low testosterone can cause a number of health problems for men. Unfortunately, it’s natural for
men to experience a decrease in testosterone production as they age. Thankfully, there’s a simple
and effective way to treat this issue: alter your diet. These testosterone-boosting foods will help you
to get your testosterone levels back to where they used to be.

Tuna

Tuna is one of the best sources of vitamin D available, which means it’s an amazing way to increase
your testosterone levels. Tuna is also easy to eat! Whether you choose to eat canned tuna or fresh
tuna, you’ll be able to enjoy all of its testosterone boosting benefits.

Tuna

Beans

Beans are an excellent source of protein, but they are also full of both vitamin D and zinc. Eating
beans on a regular basis can definitely encourage your body to produce more testosterone. White,
kidney, and black beans are the beans most likely to give you a boost.

Milk

Milk is a fantastic source of calcium, and it’s also a great way to add more protein to your diet.
Beyond that, a lot of milk on the market is fortified with vitamin D. If you choose to drink fortified
milk, you will be giving your body a lot of valuable nourishment.

Beef

It won’t surprise most men to learn that eating beef can boost your testosterone. With that said,
you will want to be choosy about the cuts of meat that you eat. Lean red meats are always your best
choice. You should opt for quality cuts of meat whenever possible. When it comes to the benefits of
beef, the quality of the meat you are eating makes a massive difference.

Beef

Eggs

While eating eggs can raise your cholesterol levels, the benefits of eggs definitely outweigh the
drawbacks. Egg yolks are rich in nutrients, especially vitamin D. Most nutritional experts say that
eating one egg per day won’t negatively impact your cholesterol levels.

Shellfish and Oysters

If you are a big fan of seafood, you be happy to know that both shellfish and oysters can increase
your testosterone levels. They are both packed with zinc. Alaskan King Crab is a particularly smart
choice; it’s one of the best sources of zinc on the planet.

Dark Leafy Greens

You’ve probably seen Popeye’s muscles surge after he downed a can of spinach. Surprisingly, this
silly cartoon has some basis in reality. Dark leafy greens are packed with valuable nutrients like iron,
which can help you to get your testosterone levels up to where they need to be.

Cereal

People like to say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you start your day with a
fortified cereal, that’s definitely true! Fortified cereals contain all of the nutrients you need to
increase your testosterone production.

If you have low testosterone, try adding some of these testosterone boosters to your diet. You
should be able to feel the difference right away. All of these foods are healthy, packed with
nutrients, and can naturally encourage your body to produce more testosterone.

Passing a Hair Follicle Drug Test

Drug tests are the worst nightmare for people who casually smoke weed or take in other drugs. Many companies in the U.S are required by law to conduct drug tests to find if their employers are using drugs. But you are in real danger if you turn out to be a moderate or high user of drugs.

Pass a Hair Drug Test

Companies usually conduct their test through the hair follicle drug test which requires a hair sample from your body. Mostly the hair on your head is taken for the test. Fortunately for you, there are many ways you can actually beat a test and stay clear.

People use many methods such as shaving off their head and body completely or using detox shampoo. But with these methods, you also run the risk of becoming suspicious. For example, if you and your employer knows a test is coming soon and you shave your head right in time, that would make you look very suspicious.

So instead of going for these methods that can get you into more trouble than you can swallow, you can use drug test dodging methods like the Macujo or the Jerry G method. If you are unaware of these methods, sit tight and read on as we tell you exactly how to pass a hair follicle drug test using one of these methods.

The Macujo and Jerry G are essentially the same methods but they each require a different set of products that you use to wash your hair regularly before the test arrives. Although both work, they also have their disadvantages. For example, the products used in Jerry G method can put permanent damage to your hair and similarly the Macujo method requires a special shampoo that can cost a fortune.

Depending on how you want to pass the test, you can use either method. We recommend using the Jerry G method which basically requires you to bleach and dye your hair with a dye that has ammonia in it and then use baking soda paste to massage your scalp. You’ll also need a detox shampoo and a toxin wash for this method to work.

As far as the Macujo method is concerned, you can pull it off using Heinz vinegar, a special detox shampoo, clear and clean formula and tide liquid laundry detergent. Just make sure to quit the use of drugs at least 10 days before the test.
